Check the words before you post
Do not let a post go out that says grass-fed, organic, non-GMO, A2A2, USDA as a sales line, glass bottle, premium, artisanal, curated, elevated, handcrafted, or farm-to-table.
Do not say cows move twice a day on pasture. Twice a day is milking only. Do not say September through July as time on grass.
Do not invent hours, street address, kid names, phone, or zip.
Milk is plastic jugs. Cows are on grass 365 days. Halter moves them more than twice a day.
One brand per post. Happy Lines is milk and ice cream (See the Difference). Bayou Pastures is beef, pork, eggs (Well Kept).
A child’s face needs a yes from Ted or Melissa for this photo. If the desk copy names a child, and the note did not, reject it.
If the photo is a down cow, injury, slaughter, or panic, do not approve. Do not send it live.
Then open the desk, switch to that brand, and pick up the package on Approvals.
Do not copy someone else’s home-screen button onto your phone. Ready only shows what that phone sent.
Photos that were not ready for Phone Drop live in Drive: Farm Desk library (not ready yet). Open with deltadairy318@gmail.com. Download a file, then add it in Inbox. It still does not post until you Approve, save the pictures, and post by hand.
